Beatrice Guessie

Founded by Beatrice, LITD C.I.C. is a consultancy that transforms how professional services support people in crisis. Drawing from her personal experience navigating support systems, Beatrice identifies crucial gaps between organizational policies and their real-world implementation. She works with statutory organizations to develop human-centered solutions that prevent recurring crises and create lasting positive outcomes.

LITD’s evidence-based methodology combines professional expertise with insights gathered from service users, ensuring interventions are both practical and effective. A cornerstone of LITD’s work is its innovative peer support network, which brings local women together to share experiences and build resilient community connections.

Beatrice combines academic credentials with extensive hands-on experience. Her degree in social care, community work, and social policies is enhanced by specialized MCC certifications in PTSD management and Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults. Having worked for five years in mental health institutions, she brings deep understanding of both systemic challenges and individual needs. This unique combination of theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and personal insight enables LITD to deliver transformative support that bridges the gap between services and the people who need them.
